About Us

We work with individuals who have a primary diagnosis of Developmental Disabilities and may have a secondary diagnosis of Mental Illness. We provide Personal Supports, Life Skills Development, Residential Rehabilitation, Supported Living and Skilled Nursing with the objective of empowering our recipients so they achieve their full potential and become viable members of their communities, participating in all the activities open to them.
